Jamal M. Watson
Co-Founder & ProducerJamal Watson is a producer whose credits bridge major studio filmmaking and acclaimed independent work. He served as Production Executive on Disney's Aladdin, a $200 million production that grossed over $1 billion worldwide, and produced Hala, the first film ever acquired by Apple at the Sundance Film Festival. His combination of studio experience and indie sensibility is the foundation of Good Soil Collective's approach.
Kacie Lehner
Co Founder & Producer Kacie Lehner is a producer and creative executive working across film, television, music videos, and branded content. A USC Marshall School of Business graduate, she began her career at Relativity Media, where she worked on studio films including Oscar-nominated The Fighter and Limitless. Her independent producing credits include Neverland (Tribeca Film Festival, starring Kid Cudi), Spilled Milk (Pan African Film Festival Audience Award), and Imago (SXSW). She has delivered branded content for Verizon, Microsoft, Spotify, Taco Bell, DoorDash, Chevron, and GitHub, and brings deep physical production expertise managing crews of over 100.
